• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

• Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are considered last-minute and will be charged:

  • $15 for 15 minutes

  • $30 for 30 minutes

  • Fees increase based on appointment length

• Reducing a service at the last minute will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

• Late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability. If not, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

• Please text if running late to check availability.

• Appointments may be transferred to another person only if the service length and time remain the same.

• Medical emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
